Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements across project sites
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify unsafe acts and conditions, ensuring timely corrective actions
- Ensure full compliance with the project HSE plan, method statements, and risk assessments
- Lead and support the investigation of incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports
- Promote a strong safety culture by guiding site teams and ensuring adherence to best practices
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in HSE within infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and international safety standards
- Experience in projects involving roads, utilities, drainage, or pipeline works
- UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred
- Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills
